How do I stop my nightmares with hypnosis or lucid dreaming?
Ever since I was about six i can only account for having nightmares and whenever i dont which is rare there not even happy they actually feel like if your alone but my dreams are dreams of death demonic figures my family or friends in danger etc …. i had dreams of certain situations in my life that i of course brushed away but a few days later it would happe. sometimes not exactly in the way my dream was but more of a comparison and dont get me wrong im not saying i have like an extra sense or something becuz i dont im just trying to figure out how to stop having these terrible dreams because honestly i cant take it anymore so someone plz help me
